Students and walk-ins can freely use the gym to train and harness their skills outside of your usual structured classes. Our coaches and staff supervise open gyms to make sure all participants are training safe and are happy to share tips and tricks upon request.
Every Week the gym will have a new configuration.
*Reservations are not necessary for groups with less then 8 participants.
*All open gym participants must have a waiver on file and signed by a legal guardian over the age of 21.
